4-H is…More!

Through Texas 4-H, young people have the opportunity to discover their “why.” To discover how to be a great leader in their community.  Research through the National Positive Youth Development Study shows 4-H members report better grades, higher levels of academic competence and an elevated level of engagement at school.  Isn’t that enough to ask “WHY 4-H?” 4-H is more than you might think!  4-H is a diverse program with a lot to offer today’s youth.

County 4-H Food Challenge Workshop

County 4-H Food Challenge and Food Show Contests

Our county 4-H Food Challenge and Food Show contests will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2013, out at the FCS/Exhibit Building at the Limestone County Fairgrounds.  We do have three kits in the office that may be checked out by teams, please call ASAP to reserve one.  Kits must be reserved and picked up in advance of the contest.
