Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes Classes!
Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes is a five-class series covering basic nutrition and self-care management topics. The program helps people with diabetes learn the skills needed to manage their disease successfully. Join us for a fun series of cooking and nutrition lessons! Each time we meet, you’ll be tasting dishes and seeing recipes demonstrated live. We will be teaching healthy cooking and nutrition that is appropriate for anyone!
