FREE Healthy Holidays & Gifts Class

Trying to stay healthy during the holiday season can be a challenge.  Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Limestone County is offering a class to meet this challenge!  “Healthy Holidays & Gifts” will feature cooking demonstrations of healthy holiday recipes and the chance to taste each dish.  The two hour class also will cover cutting salt and fat and adding fiber to recipes; and coping with holiday stress.  We will make a few healthy holiday gifts to take home, as well.

Class is Thursday, November 21, at 6 pm.  The class is being held at Parkview Regional Hospital, 600 S Bonham Street, Mexia.  To find our classroom, enter the hospital through the North entrance, next to the Emergency Room entrance, and turn right.  The classroom is at the end of the hallway on the right-hand side.
