County 4-H Food Challenge and Food Show Contests

Our county 4-H Food Challenge and Food Show contests will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2014, out at the FCS/Annex Building at the Limestone County Fairgrounds.  We do have three Food Challenge kits in the office that may be checked out by teams, please call ASAP to reserve one.  Kits must be reserved and picked up in advance of the contest and returned clean! County 4-H Art Contest

We are looking for 4-H artists to submit drawings that illustrate 4-H, 4-H projects, and experiences.  The drawings will be used in the official 2013 – 2014 Limestone County 4-H calendar. Drawings are: Due at the county office by August 20, 2013 Must be on plain white paper measuring 8 1/2 by 11 inches The art work can be rendered in either color or black and white (pencil, marker, etc.) but please be sure that your drawing will copy clearly since most drawings will end up being printed in black… Read More →

4-H Slogan Contest

Entries due on May 10th to the county extension office for Limestone County 4-H’s first slogan contest.  What does 4-H mean to you? Slogans will be used throughout the year in the 4-H Newsletters, the annual Limestone County 4-H Calendar, and at the 4-H Kickoff event. Winner receives a $15 cash prize at the Limestone County 4-H Awards Banquet.
