Join us for a fun series of cooking and nutrition lessons! Each time we meet, you’ll be tasting dishes and seeing recipes demonstrated live. We will be teaching healthy cooking and nutrition that is appropriate for anyone! Classes are taught by Vanessa Casad, County Extension Agent at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Limestone County.
Each week the lesson will cover a different topic:

- Special Occasions
- Seasonal Cooking
- Desserts
